  58.     With the newest PowerPC machines (PPC603@120MHz) you will run as 2.4x the speed
  59. of a PC601@110Mhz and 3x the speed of a pentium, and run OS2 Warp, and PCI
  60. slots.
  61.     The P6 is a VLIS chip (very long inst. set) so you need less memory, but no
  62. parallel processing is posible (Well is not posible on CISC, or very, very
  63. dificult), and the chip will take time to develop. I prefer PowerPC chips, they
  64. are small, fast, (RISC based) and, since PPC tech is not that complex as the P6
  65. chip,  When the P6 is out, PowerPC will have a chip much faster. 
  66.     A PMac 7100@66MHz  will go much faster than a Pentium using Adobe Photoshop and
  67. Fractal Painter 3.0, I have tested in my ofice. Pentium machines will save the
  68. file much faster compared to a PowerMAC. Video Scroll is faster on a Pentium
  69. (Video on PC's is much faster)
  70.     I own  one PMac 8100@110MHz, Two 7100@66, One Compaq P90, and one A4000@40.

  72. The Amiga pays for my bills!  :-)  I will try Lightwave on the P90, I hope
  73. Newtek bring out Lightwave for PowerMac.
